I’m Krissie and I am a coach that wears many hats. Together, we can create momentum toward your health and wellness goals. I am an ILCT trained life coach. I am also a RRCA Certified Running Coach and lead LexRunLadies. I love the opportunity to offer life, accountability, and running coaching individually or together.

- My primary goal is that we will work together to create a health and wellness plan that enhances – not limits – your life.
- We will determine the best way to hold you accountable to your goals and follow that plan.
- I will help you incorporate running and/or wellness as part of your lifestyle.
- Your goals are a partnership that we both participate in.
- Personal achievement is just as important as competition.
- Goals are important and necessary, but should also be fluid and flexible.
