"Love it. Nurture it. Let it grow." I think my friend, Townsley, was talking about plants when she said that, but it has stuck with me.
That's what I need to do to myself. Love myself. Nurture myself. Let myself grow.
And I would like to offer you the chance to take that look inward.
Your day is busy. Your time is spread between your work, your family, your home, and all of the responsibilities and expectations that come along with that. But wouldn't it be nice to spend a little time looking at yourself. Half and hour, two times a month, to chat about yourself, your wants, your plans. Half an hour to let go of distraction and guilt. Half an hour to begin to learn how to embrace challenge and contentment. Half an hour to embrace where you are and plan where you want to go. Half an hour to help yourself focus on being awesome for yourself, not just for others.
I want to help you figure out what you want, why you want it, and how to move from the person you are to the person you want to be. I also want to help you recognize your successes and improve your self-care habits along the way. I want to help you be unapologetic for the time you spend taking care of yourself and challenging yourself.
“Krissie is the perfect mix between rigorous taskmaster and understanding therapist. She expects you to set high goals and meet them, but can talk you down off that ledge of guilt or remorse when you feel like all your hard work is lost.” ~ Lydia Powell
"Krissie cares. She somehow knows what to say to motivate, no matter the situation. Krissie helps celebrate every little step of success, no matter how inconsequential it seems in the long run. There were many days where I couldn't wait to tell Krissie the littlest thing, because I knew she'd be just as excited as I was." ~Jaime France
I want to see you become a better version of you. And I'll be right there in your face (or on your phone) reminding you of that potential and what it will take.
I want you experience a lived-in life.
