I've ran several accountability challenges, but this? This offering is completely different. No expectations. Nothing to accomplish. No goals to be accountable to. Just you, getting comfy with being true and trusting and full with you.

- 4 weeks of daily mini-journal questions to prompt 1 or 2 sentences to focus your day.
- 4 weekly journal prompts
- coaching sessions (via phone or Skype) and text messages to process mini-prompts
- group support and encouragement
