Courageous Foundation - all that you need.
The course will run from January 5 to February 14 - a total of 6 weeks.
You'll receive three activities/interactions a week. Videos. Audio meditations. Journal prompts. Yoga classes. Virtual hangouts. Secret Facebook group and scheduled group chats. All sorts of things.
You'll have the opportunity to read, write, listen, watch, move, and still. With as much or as little social interaction as you like. You take what you need, you leave the rest behind. But I'll give you so much, and encourage you to try as much as you can.

In addition to everything in the original program, we will have two one-on-one sessions to process what you are learning and to facilitate your growth.
On the weeks that we do not have sessions, I will check in by text message/email twice a week.
