I just love the fall. I love the changing of the leaves. The cooler temperatures. It feels like I'm shedding my skin. Like I'm getting ready to settle down and get cozy in whatever the winter season will bring to me.
In the fall, I find myself ready to shake off what has been weighing my down.
And that is what I'm inviting you to do in October.
For 10 days. A liberation experience.
You can start any day from October 1 to October 21. The program will last for 10 days.
Each day, you'll get a prompt from me discussing something that holds us back - control, noise, worry. And then I'll give you a task, a question, a thought to start the process of releasing those feelings.
